Festival of Lights

This annual winter classic delights young hearts of all ages. The Garden's central five acres is transformed into a fairy-tale wonderland of light, celebrating the magic of the season. Mothers Day
Rhododendron Walk is in full bloom, Trilliums, and the Laburnum Walk are spectacular at this time of the year. All British Field Meet - British Car Show
3rd Saturday in May
Exquisite gardens and the British go hand in hand, so why not combine the two for the setting of a British car show? It has been called "The Greatest Show on British Wheels" and attracts 6-7 thousand spectators. There will be over 600 antique jags, rolls, morgans, and mgs. Fascinating cars and fantastic grounds... it's a must-attend event for classic car lovers. Reserve early for brunch or dinner reservations at Shaughnessy Restaurant.

Flower & Garden Show

This annual themed event hosting over 30,000 people, presents four days of entertainment, workshops, lectures, displays, competitions, gourmet presentations and so much more. Experience the latest in gardening, plants, and landscaping. Designed for everyone from the serious gardener to the young apprentice, the Flower & Garden Show celebrates Vancouver's love of gardens and delivers an overload to the senses. No better way to take it all in than with an energizing meal at Shaughnessy, or collapse onto our shaded patio when your day is done.
