and beauty of the VanDusen Botanical Garden - a glorious 55-acre
backdrop for your ceremony, photography, reception and party.
Even at night, VanDusen Botanical Garden creates a fairy-tale
atmosphere by displaying an abundance of twinkling lights floating
in the darkness.
Seasonally Shaughnessy Restaurant can accommodate a wedding of any size
up to 200 people at a stand-up reception. Our dining room can
seat up to 160 people with an additional 90 seats on the heated
patio overlooking the Garden. We excel at cocktail receptions,
dessert buffets, formal lunches or dinners, even brunch the
following day. Our venue provides a dance floor and sufficient
space for a DJ or a live band. Whether your wedding is small
or large, we can create an intimate environment perfectly suited
for your needs.
